Town ASEP

Town ASEP is back with a fresh twist on your favorite after-school activities for the 25/26 school year! These unique enrichment programs, meticulously designed to amplify your child’s skills and cater to their interests, will be open to students from all Moraga Elementary schools and those in homeschool programs.

NEW THIS YEAR – Town ASEP will be serving a second location at Los Perales Elementary School! We are excited for this opportunity, and we will do our best to ensure a seamless transition from the Los Perales PTA ASEP Program of the past into Town ASEP.

Rheem Bus Passes*: Bus service will be available if your child attends Rheem Elementary School. The Lamorinda School Bus program will add a bus stop at the Hacienda. Children with an annual bus pass purchased through the school district can use this service at no additional charge.

Rheem Extended Care Program*: The Town understands the need for flexible childcare options.   That’s why we provide an optional extended care program for families needing childcare until 5:30 pm each day. Extended care will be conveniently offered onsite at the Hacienda following dismissal from Town ASEP classes. Join us for homework time and more fun! (minimum 4 students needed per day)

*Bus and Extended Care options are currently only available at Rheem / Hacienda ASEP.  For extended care options at Los Perales, please contact the school’s Panther Club.

No Class Dates – Town ASEP follows the Moraga School District calendar. If school is not in session, ASEP will not be held. Additionally, there will be no ASEP during Parent/Teacher Conference Week, scheduled for October 20–24. For future planning purposes, there will also be no ASEP during the month of January 2026.

Location/Classroom Assignments – In the weeks leading up to the first session, we will notify parents of the specific classroom each program will be held in. Specific classroom assignments are pending confirmation from the Moraga School District.
