Biography
Formally educated as an architect with a Bachelor of Environmental Design from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Graham's professional expertise lies in real estate development and construction project management. His core strengths are demonstrated in orchestrating cross-functional teams within dynamic environments and stimulating critical thinking. He also possesses practical experience working with national, state, and local municipalities. Graham served as a Planning Commissioner for the Town of Moraga from 2020-2024, then was appointed to Town Council in 2025.
