This is an application for a new multi-family residential development on a vacant 6.14-acre site located on the 900 block of the south side of Country Club Drive between Aegis Assisted Living at 950 Country Club and the Langdon Office Building at 920 Country Club. The zoning of the property is R-20B and the land use designation is MCSP Residential 20 Units/Acre.
The plans feature seven separate 3-story buildings with 254 total surface parking stalls. The project is designed as a 123-unit housing development with condominium map. The 123 total units include 26 one-bedroom units, 82 two-bedroom units, and 15 three-bedroom units. 68 perpendicular surface parking spaces will be accommodated within carports equipped with integrated solar energy collection panels. An additional 97 uncovered parallel and perpendicular surface parking spaces are provided throughout the Project. Finally, 89 more parking spaces will be provided in enclosed garages within the seven residential buildings.
The project also features a clubhouse complex with swimming pool, and two access driveways: one from Country Club Drive and one from School Street.
The requested entitlements include Design Review and a Vesting Tentative Condominium Map.
