Material Fee Policy:Material fees must be collected directly from participants by the instructor. Acceptable payment methods may include online payments, checks, or cash, as agreed upon with participants. Please note: the Town will not collect material fees on your behalf. While the material fee will be listed in your class description for transparency, it will not be included in the advertised registration fee.

Classes will be week-long offerings. Check all times that you are available.
Instructors will receive 60% of the total resident fee paid per student (unless prior agreement has been put in place). The Town of Moraga may apply additional administrative costs to determine the final advertised price. These costs do not affect the instructor’s percentage-based compensation and may include, but are not limited to: credit card processing fees, Non-Resident Fee, and general program operation fees.
Instructors will be compensated within 30 days of submitting an invoice or a signed Instructor Payment Sheet once a program has ended.
