Human Resources

The Human Resources Division is responsible for administering the Town’s human resources management system, including labor relations, benefits administration, and staff development, and for providing Human Resources support services to all town departments.

Responsibilities of the division include the recruitment, applications review, and testing of all candidates for city employment. In addition, the administration of compensation and benefits for all current employees, as well as labor relations and contract negotiations and the maintenance of personnel records, are major responsibilities.
