The successful consultant will provide professional Construction Management services necessary for the construction of the proposed work which includes repairs to existing storm drains. A 12-inch storm drain in the Hacienda Parking Lot will be abandoned, and a new 12-inch HDPE storm drain will be installed at a new alignment.  A 60-inch Corrugated Metal Pipe (CMP) will be repaired using contact grouting and invert lining, and a new maintenance access manhole will be installed on this storm drain. The new 12-inch HDPE storm drain will connect to the new maintenance access manhole. The third storm drain to be repaired is a 24-inch CMP cross culvert on Moraga Road.  This culvert will be lined with Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP), and approximately 10 feet of the pipe will be replaced with a 24-inch HDPE pipe.
