The Town of Moraga is soliciting technical proposals and qualifications for engineering design services for the Local Road Safety Plan. The LRSP shall analyze historical collisions, identity potential roadway hazard concerns, recommend safety improvements, demonstrate the Town's responsiveness to safety challenges, and offer a proactive approach to addressing roadway safety needs for the entire transportation network.
