Hacienda Committee

The Town of Moraga Hacienda Committee is comprised of many experts.  The committee has an expert in real estate, civil engineering, interior design and contracting, and recreation programming.  The Committee also has expertise on the history of the Hacienda with the President of the Historical Society as one of its members.  However, the Committee did not have a member with expertise in writing  comprehensive business plans for facilities like the Hacienda de las Flores.  The Hacienda Report is a collection of work from the Committee that ranges from current conditions and uses to proposed projects for renovations and a vision for future uses.  The goal of the Committee was to put together a plan for increasing the use of the Hacienda and in doing so increase revenue in an effort to reinvest revenues into the facility that will keep the building healthy and available to the community for many years to come.
